Welcome to the Residential Advisory Council on Housing (RACH), an upcoming council established by the Community Development Alliance (CDA) to foster community collaboration and empower residents. Our primary mission is to facilitate the achievement of racial equity by ensuring every resident of Milwaukee has access to high-quality and affordable housing. Through the RACH, residents will be able to provide guidance and direction to affordable housing initiatives by acting as a reviewing panel for strategies and projects, as well as by having two distinguished members serving on the CDA Governance Board. Join us in our pursuit of equitable and affordable housing for all.

Nomination application will be open from Friday, February 9, 2024, to Friday, March 1, 2024.

Council members will be announced on Friday, March 8, 2024.
